How to take BAC
Let's talk about how much BAC to consume. The following recommendations
are for an average healthy adult. Adjust proportionally to your own body weight
or state of health. For a nutritional program in support of degenerative conditions
or diseases, it is best to work with a health professional that may
have experience working with BAC.
Usually BAC comes in capsule containing less then 200mg of powder.
You can take anywhere between 6 to 12 capsules daily. It is highly recommended
to adapt gradually as per directions provided on the bottle, or to follow directions
provided by the health professional that recommended the product to you.
From empirical experience and clinical studies, it has been observed
that results are best when taking one or two capsules per intake frequently
throughout the day, rather then in taking more capsules less frequently.
It is generally recommended to take one or two capsules every 2 or 3 hours
throughout the day.
Combining: BAC is a micro-food, in essense a food, and will combine
well with other foods, vitamins, herbs, greenfood and any diet. There are no known
contra indication with pharmaceutical drugs, or other remedies.
Support: When consuming BAC, it is recommended to eat wholesome
food, to exercise at least three times per week, and to drink those 10 glasses
of water per day. When you consume BAC, there is increased cellular activity
due to the efficient nutrition resulting from consuming BAC. When your cells are more
active they need more water to transport nutrients and toxins.
Caution: As should be the case with any dietary
changes such as becoming a rawfoodist, or vegan, fasting, adopting a new
"hot" diet, etc., it is recommended to be cautious. In cases of hypertension,
varicose veins, Alzheimer, pregnancy or other fragile conditions, it is
advisable to consult with your health professional before taking BAC.
Usually with these fragile conditions, the recommendation for taking BAC
is to begin more slowly then usual, using only one capsule at a time,
and starting with one capsule per day while increasing progressively
every 5 to 10 days, adding one capsule more per day until your reach
six to eight capsules.
Results The results can be different for each person when taking BAC.
Often people will take too little and wonder why they are not getting results.
I've seen people take one or two capsules -- about 300mg of food -- and declare
they've "taken BAC for the day!" That's like eating one bite of celeri
and expecting to receive the full health benefits of a full salad of greens.
In order to see results, you've got to ramp up and take at least the
quantity suggested above. It doesn't matter if it's off by a few capsules.
Remember: these aren't drugs. You don't have to be exact about it,
just make sure you're getting at least 6 capsules per day.
With usage you will notice the benefits and you will become a good
judge of how much you should take within reasons.
There's no harm in taking more, of course. Aside from the health
benefits I've described in these pages, the main thing you'll notice is that
you have more, and maybe a little too much energy. This is an indication that you're
getting a good amount of BAC into your diet. If it feels like its too much,
then just cut down and ramp up more slowly.
